Asked for Male, 40 Years

I am suffering from Premature ejaculation and consulted sexologist. He suggested me to take pdap plus 10 mg(dapoxetine) in the night for 60 days & giyspot in the morning. Can i take this medicine daily or need to take it before sex only?. Or there any side effects.
