Asked for Male, 22 Years

I am suffering from PE. I has been masturbating since my 11 years of age. Now I am of 22. I ejaculate as someone touch my penis when it is in erect position or when I enter it into vagina. Sometimes I stay for 10 to 15 seconds. But when it is erect and no one touch it or I am not having any intercourse it stays erected for hours. Please solve.
