Dear Doctor,
I smoke daily 10 ciggarates and alcohol occasionally am suffering from premature ejaculation from 2 years tried many ways but problem didn't control. So seeking your advise.

Hi look Premature ejacultion have to be treated as early because further it can leads to Erectile Dysfunction also. And try to quit smoking or reduce it.
For Premature ejacultion we divided the Therapy in two parts-
Non Drug Therapy- it includes exercise & methods-
Perineal exercise-
While urinating stop the flow of urine, start again , stop & start again for 4-5 times .
It should be repeated several times a day.
Stop and start method:
When you are about to reach orgasm. Stop the stimulation for about seconds and then start it again..Repeat this pattern until you want to ejaculte
The Squeeze method:
When you are going to ejaculate.At that point partner gently squeezes the end of the penis for several seconds.. then start it again.
Drug therapy- with our Ayurvedic drugs you can increase timing a lot definitely.
