Premature baby born, mildly preterm

Asked for Male, 24 Years

My wife borned after 33 weeks - 35 weeks , she was a premature baby ..she survived easily and now she is 23 ...now she often easily gets fever, infections , typhoid...so is it true that a premature baby always has low immunity and long term serious impacts, what should i do to keep her healthy..thanks
