Premanupause has spotting and no periods
Does pemanupause has spotting and no periods? Im 44 yrs old and i just had spotting and no periods. Tested pregnancy but negative so was wondering if its pre menupause. Thyroid is in place.

Decreased Flow can happen during peri menopause but it’s always best to first get yourself investigated.....full body check up including a Pap smear and ultrasound uterus and ovaries..... At least get a per speculum examination done. Sometimes there is polyp which causes such symptoms.

Spotting I s not at all good when torching menopause. Better do ultrasound scan and per speculum examining with pap smear test by a gynaecologist

Spotting furing your expected time of periods??can be a reduced flow .but Pap smear should be done,hormonal evaluation to confirm the onset of menopause should be done
