As you are already pregnant. the first thing to do is to get it aborted, if you dont want it. For this you may have to visit a gynecologist or family planning center. There are two methods of pregnancy abortion. In medical method, some pills are given. Some Gynecolgists insist on getting an ultrasound before giving pills. These pills are NOT available in medical stores. Also after consuming the pills you expect to get a menses within 7 -15 days. This bleeding can be more than menses. if alarming, it may warrant a emergency Dilatation and Curettage ( D&C) to complete the abortion process. If your bleeding is okay, then a repeat ultrasound is done 15 days after the first pill consumption and if this shows the uterus to be empty it means the abortion is complete. But if the repeat ultrasound shows that there is incomplete abortion, D&C may need to be done. The other method is to get abortion done by D&C under anesthesia. This usually is done by Gynecologists and the patient needs admission for only half a day. Its painless as anesthesia is given and also there is no need to wait for 15 days for the abortion to get completed.....so it';s more efficient
