Hello doctor, I am 5th month pregnant. My weight before pregnancy was 57kgs and now 59kgs, my height is 5.3ft.My concern is , what is the ideal weight gain during pregnancy?In my case i can gain till 63kgs of weight to be in normal BMI.what to do if i crosses the normal value though eating healthy and exercise during pregnancy?( Asking this because my father is diabetic)
