You have done Urine pregnancy test at home, so it's not reliable. And MT pills are not prescribed without confirmation and proper check up. So consult gynaecologist. And you already have two babies so get Tubal ligation done instead of taking pills frequently n undergo the stress of pregnancy.

Get a ultrasound done first. It will confirm the pregnancy and also help in ruling out ectopic.
Consult a gynecologist for MTP.
