  4. Pregnency of wife. Baby inside the womb?

I am using Tretin ISO 20 MG for last one and half months. But now my wife got pregnent though it was completely unintended. Now I would like to know whether this can cause any harm to my wife's health or can this situation cause any kind of harm to the baby inside the womb? Please advise. I sm very tensed & worried. Regards.
