Pregnency i have to conceive early

Mam m anitha here i realy need baby early i married on 3=2=2017 we planned for 6month not to have baby after dat will proceed .now we from the month of august started till now i have not conceived..my periods last date 10=3=2018 every month 5days or 3days or 2days early i get my periods starts...now we both want bay early please advice

Have planned relations between day of menses 10 to 20 . keep at least alternate day.dont get up immediately from bed after sex.be in bed for 1 hr.try this 4 months.if not conceive then consult gynecologist.
