Its too early to say if you cn deliver vaginally or not.
From asthma point of you it depends on how much medications you are on ,no of exacerbations in pregnancy etc.

No it is not normal.Means your nostrils are blocked that'why not able to breathe property.contact to physician and change the medicine for asthma.
