I need to discuss bout pregnency. I have enemic problem. I am recently married . I ve missed my period i doubt i am a pregnenent. I want know about the abort procesd. Kindly advisr.

Please do a urine pregnancy test. See a gynaecologist even if it's negative. Anaemia needs to be treated irrespective of pregnancy. Carrying out abortion in anaemia can be dangerous. Don't take any medicines on your own
