Pregnency confirmation and suggestion

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi, I missed my period scheduled on 26th Oct, so i did a UPT on 29th result of which was positive, i consulted my Gynec who suggested TSH, Progesterone and HCG. TSH is 3.32, HCG is 1680 and Progesterone is 23.50. I consulted my Gynec with these reports she confirmed pregnancy and advised following medicines: 1. Zevit - already taking it for last 4 months 2. Duphaston - had taken it for 10 days before pregnancy as well 3. Thyronorm 12.5mcg Pls suggest should i start these medicines.
