Pregnency check issue
Hello sir /ma'am Have had my last period on 18th sept and had protected sex on 3rd oct(unsafe time) , checked UPT and beta HCG on 2nd November. Both are negative..less than 1.2 hcg, one of the doctor said to do sonography to check pregnency, is it really required? Isn't 2 weeks post missed period enough to take pregnency tests? I have no signs of pregnency like vomiting nausea or anything else like that
