Pregncy symptoms after chemical pregnenc

Hi Doctor, My last period date was 5th May i ahe very light bleeding doctor has confirmed positive pregnency after urine test and I had low count in HCG. After 3 days they did HCG blood test count was 900 for 6 weeks pregnancy. After few days i started bleeding heavily which alsted for 10 days ,so doctor has confirmed it may be chemical pregnency as i had very bad Lowe abdomen paina nd Lowe back pain. But from 10 days i have pregnency symptoms like morning sickness, constipation, cravings and sensitive to smell. I am hating the foods which I use to like. Please confirm what will be the reason.
