Pregnant women ultrasound scan
My wife is 29 weeks pregnant, took the ultrasound scan . In that report mentioned as "Breech" what is meant by breech is there any issue? Attached the scanned report Thanks in advance

Hi there First think there is nothing to worry about right now. Normally baby head is down so delivery occurs wen baby's head comes out first. Breech means baby's buttocks is down. That is not a normal position. In breech chances of caesarean section increases. But you have nearly 2 and half month  left. Baby continuously moves around. So if it's breech at present, in next ultrasound it may become head. So right now relax.

Breech means baby’s buttock is down Normal presentation is cephalon ( head down ) It is normal,,, only thing with breech normal delivery very unlikely But still time Baby moves And few days before delivery takes cephalic position Take L arginine sachet / one sachet daily All of my patients after taking this and with movement of baby changes the position

Nothing to worry,at this gastational age baby is frequently changing it's position

It’s ok to have breech presentation in 29 weeks .baby might turn again as the movement are maximum at this gestation.repeat an ultrasound at 38 weeks to confirm the presentation
