I have 6.28 TSH level during my first trimester then doctor prescribed me 25mcg tablet. Now I have 5.18 TSH level during 2nd trimester. Which tablet I will prefer either 25mcg or 50mcg?

Thyroid levels need to be repeated every 45 days in pregnancy
Tsh should be maintained less than 2.5 in first trimester
Less than 3 thereafter
