Pregnant with high Sugar
She is 2.5 months pregnant. As per report she have 305 FBS, 359 PPBS and 12.1 HbA1c value. Up to getting tested of being pregnant, she has taken sugar medicine also. Is this high sugar value can damage mother or kid's health during this pregnancy period or delivery time or after that? How can we come out from this problem safely that mother and kid both will be in safe condition?

Did you get worked up prior to pregnancy? It's very high. You might have to terminate the pregnancy.
Next Steps
consult your obstetrician and endocrinologist as soon as possible. plan for next pregnancy when sugers are controlled. otherwise  it is risky for both mother and baby.

Yes diabetes in pregnancy can have negative effect on the baby n mother It is associated with abortion, congenital/ anatomical abnormalities in the baby, difficult delivery There are anomaly scan and blood test r available that can rule out any abnormalities. Consultant a good obstetrician near by you and an endocrinologist for guidance.
