  4. Pregnant symptoms. Half yr help me pls!

I have missed my periods for 45days and test shows negative and there is no symptoms of pregnant and there is no symptoms of getting periods I feel tiredness little back pain and abdomen pain I am willing to be pregnant since 2yrs I was under treatment since 1and half yr help me pls
