Pregnant or side effect?

Asked for Female, 23 Years

On 22nd of january i met my husband, which was the 17th day of my periods. Our sex life is pretty normal. I started taking northeisteron 4 days before my periods date, which was 3rd of feb. I just took the tablet for 3 days, a tablet daily. 2nd was the last day i took the med. On the 4th of feb is observed slight spotting with slight cramp. But then it stopped completely. I am confused am i pregnant or is it due to the tablet.
