We had sex and i ejaculated in her and then after 1 hour she took ipill. After six days of taking pill she notice little bleeding on the sixth day. So the point is she didnt get any bleeding on seventh day it was just for one day. Does that mean she is pregnant?

No it doesn't mean she s pregnant.
The bleed she has was breakthrough bleed.
However if she becomes overdue then do a urine pregnancy test as failure rates of em pills are high.
