My last period was on April 29... After that may 7 we had sex... On may 29 night started my period with light blood (some times my period is like that ) and it last for four days... Did June 5th UPT will be accurate result or not...

Yes it will be accurate only.Have you done urine pregnancy test.What is the result.In both condition negative or positive you should meet to gynaecologist and discuss with her for next step.Also get done TSH level.

If you are saying pregnancy test done on 5th june to rule out pregnancy due to less flow in previous cycle then thats it.
Nothing more needs to be done if its negative.
If positive consult a gynaecologist near you
