Im experiencing abdominal cramps for about 7 days, im not sure if its implantation cramps or just PMS. I dont know what to do because I've read online that implantation cramps happen for about 1 to 3 days and when it exceeded it might be just pms but i haven't had my monthly menstruation for july and im stressed out because it's already August when i expected to have my period on july 21. Is it possible that i am pregnant or just missed my monthly period?
