I'm regular period but January 3to march 27no period stopped my cycle. I check pregnant test is negative. Till now. Negative. But symptoms is same like pregnant. Little bits drops of bleeding blood during pass urine,Craving for food.back pain.

If you have done Pregnancy test recently and it's negative, then you are not pregnant. Out could be done hormone imbalance. Meet a gynecologist. You will need few tests. You may come down to my clinic as well
