Any two lines on a pregnancy test kit are considered positive test..
Second line cn be faint in very early pregnancy , ectopic pregnancy and missed miscarriage..
A serial beta hcg test cn be done for assurance..
An ultrasound pelvis s also needed to look for gest sac and rule out ectopic pregnancy..
