I have missed my Periods this month on 20th July and did a pregnancy test with Ican kit and got 2 lines- 1 dark and 1 light. Is it confirmed that I have conceived.

Any two lines on pregnancy test kit are indicative of positive pregnancy test ...so you have definitely conceived and are pregnant ..you can do a beta HCG blood test to know the Rise in Titers
