Hi, my sister was under pimples treatment for 4 months, last menstruation was on Feb14th. She was getting sharp period like cramps and headache but last 3 months no periods. Today she took pregnancy test and it came as +ve. What could be the reason of stomach pain. Is it true pregnancy or false?

Pimples treatment generally involves isotretinoin, which is teratogenic (bad for baby), get a sonography done and look for weeks gestation of the baby and also location of pregnancy (as abdomen pain)
