Pregnant feeling abdominal cramps
I am 5 weeks pregnant and I am having abdominal cramps and backpain. The pain subsides for sometime then it comes back. I feel bloated and constipated even. I consulted a gynaec and he recommended me Susten 200 and colic acid capsule. I am worried is the cramp normal and what do I have to do in order to subside this pain and make sure that the baby is safe. Also recommend me the foods to be taken during this time.

All symptoms you mentioned are normal in pregnancy. You can stop Susten as it might cause constipation and bloating symptoms. Just continue your folic acid!
