First of all relax! High AFI means that the fluid bag in which baby is present in your womb has more fluid than average. Its called polyhydramnios. It can be due to many reasons. Consult your gynae for best interpretation. She will know things like report of your 20 wk GCA Scan and OGTT values. If you have these reports, consult online. Best is to call your regular gynae or meet her in person tomorrow.
