Hi I just found out I’m 7 weeks pregnant after being on the coil. I had a c section 9 months ago. I can eat drink or sleep. I’m in constant pain I can’t walk continuously fainting headache dizzy spells vomiting

If u r hvng so much weakness and pukish feel u need to get ur CBC checked and also get an ultrasound done to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
Hv some antacid for now.
If possible go to the nearby hospital and get urself examined
