Pregnant after one week of marriage

Hi, I got married recently and on 30th Jan we had our first intercourse...my wife was suffering from lower abdomen pain from couple of days..so when we consulted a gyno ..she recommended to take pregnancy test...and shockingly it was positive...please let me know if it is normal behaviour to get pregnant after one week of intercourse ..or should I check with other gyno
