I'm 37 weeks pregnant my Usg of pregnancy report has.. Uterus : gravid. No of foetus : single.  Viability : Living,  Fetal movement : present, Fetal cardiac pulsation : visualised,  Fetal heart rate : 146b/ min, regular,  Amniotic fluid volume : normal AFI. 4.0 cm in single pocket, Placenta : anterior, away from os, Presentation : cephalic at present, BDP : 90 MM, FL : 70 MM, AC : 313 MM, Gestational age : 37 + weeks, Edd : 27/10/19, Efw : 2780 gm, Anomaly : no gross foetal anomaly is seen. So I want to know It's good report or not please tell me there have any problem and The last 15 days I have a lot of pain around the genitalia. My waist also feels pain and my bottom belly becomes heavy and feel some pain. I can't move when my pain is induced. I also can't walk. when I walked I feel much pain on my feet, belly and waist. My back has been hurting since yesterday if I take my breath I also feel pain on my back .. why this happened I want to know please tell me in details.
