My beta hcg value was 3 and after two day it was 1.20 from different lab so it means there is no ectopic, abnormal or any pregnancy??

To rule out  an ectopic pregnancy you need an ultrasound Less than 100 is negative for pregnancy A few percentage of ectopic pregnancy  may have negative bhcg hence the need for an ultrasound

Beta hcg less than 5 is negative. It means no pregnancy of any location

both values don't suggest a pregnancy..if you are apprehensive about ectopic pregnancy get a ultrasound scan
