Pregnancy with twins
Hi I had a problem of adenomyosis and undergone a surgery last nov 2020 after 1 normal drlivery of baby boy in 2018..and today is my 38th day i tested positive and went for a scan as 2 days before i had some spotting just when i wiped my vagina..in scan its shwing4week pregnancy and 2 sacs..still no fetal pole ..dctr advised me to cme after 10days..my doubt is having pregnancy after this surgery is risk..what should i do nw.can i cntnue my pregnancy or not..how will be the pregnancy after lproscopic adenomyoctomy with twins..attached discharge summary of surgery please help me with ur suggestions

You can continue your pregnancy once the heartbeat is there and make sure you take progesterone support medicines during the period the treatment will be lscs by the end of pregnancy

2 years after Adenomyomectomy  safe to have pregnancy but here twins so be careful you should be under closed supervision of gynaecologist and require elective cesarian section after 34 weeks completion preferably 36 weeks

wait for at least  10 to 14 days , repeat  scan . just have to be careful  with pregnancy

Fetal pole appears at 6 weeks U can continue with pregnancy
