Can u plzzz suggest treatment for pcod and how to get pregnant with pcod.my both ovaries are bulky with small atretic follicles and increased stromal echogenecity.right-4x2.8cm left - 2.9x 2.2cm on my scanning report. Is it possible to get pregnant...if so How long it take.and what remedies should I take to remove my cyst.my symptoms are irregular periods,hair lose, unwanted hair growth and I am too thin...ie I am 170cm in length and about 47 kg in wt plzzz help
