Pregnancy with BP

Hello Doc, I got to know that I am pregnant through home pregnancy test.This will be my 2nd pregnancy.I have 7 year old son.From past 2 to 3 years whenever I check BP it shows high.As we were trying for 2nd baby now when I got the positive result the challenge in front of me is to go ahead or terminate ad my BP was 143/98. I WEIGH 83 kg.please help to take decision.very confused feeling helpless.
