Pregnancy whil doing sex 3days b4 period

Hello sir. Me nd my girlfriend done sex using condom. But during sex aftr my discharge i saw that my sperms was less in condom but during discharge i felt that it was more. so i have doubt that sperms was leaked from condom . My girlfriend's period will start 3days aftr sex. So is there any chance of pregnancy ? Will she take unwanted 72 pills ?
