I'm currently 26 weeks
pregnant. So far I have gained 5 kgs. I was 63 kgs at the start of pregnancy and now 68 kgs. Height 5 2'. Is this weight sufficient?
My food intake is as follows. Soaked almonds, walnuts raisins, fruits ,vegetables, green leaves and rice and a glass of milk. I drink 3 ltrs water in a day. Inspite of eating a good diet my weight gain is less. What should I add to my food intake to increase more weight?
