Pregnancy vs menopause
I'm 43 years old female, period comes between 34-40 days usually. This month spotting started 9/9 and light bleeding started 9/12. LMP 8/8. Period usually heavy 2ND and 3rd day but not the case so far. Breast tenderness and nausea off and on for a couple of days and eating a lot. Feel strange. Pregnancy test on 9/11 negative.

It might be the Beginning of premenopausal stage , However u must get an ultrasound done to see for any underlying issues etc for any further information or assistance you may get back to us.
