Pregnancy USG report

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I am 8 months pregnant and USG report is not good. Both kidney have cyst. Report as below Foetal heart rate 137 B/pm BPD 78 mm FL 64mm CGA 33 weeks 2 days EDD 01/02/2018 Foetal weight 2454 gms Foetal right kidney is enlarge and showing multiple cyst replacing renal parenchyma size of right kidney 76x39mm Left kidney is normal in size and showing presence of multiple cyst. Size of left kidney 38x26mm. What is the possibility to get it cure pls suggest.
