Pregnancy, usg, EFW
Hello. I am 16weeks 3 days pregnant. I had my usg as a part of the routine quadruple. Though everything mentioned in the report is normal, the EFW is 141gms. As reported, the BPD is 34.7mm and AC is 102.9mm in 15 weeks 6 days, in 15 weeks 4 days the FL is 19.5 mm, 15weeks 5 days the HC is 122mm, HL is 19.8mm.
I am a non diabetic woman weighing 61kgs. The FHR is 150bpm.
My concern is.. Is my baby overweight?

Your Sonoligist has done a detailed study of your pregnancy but it is of no relevance clinically at this stage as far as foetal wellbeing is concerned.
You should get your quadruple marker and TIFFA test done at 19-21 weeks. That will give some useful information .
