Blood tests: As soon as diagnosed for pregnancy: CBC, Urine Routine, HbA1C, Thyroid function test, Rubella IgG, Blood group,  Hb Electrophoresis , Serology adviced. 12 weeks: NT Scan with Doublemarker test OGCT 16 weeks: Early Anatomy scan with Quadruple marker if Double marker not done. 18-19weeks: Anomaly scan Repeat CBC,Ultra TSH, Urine culture 22-23weeks: Fetal 2D Echo recommended 28weeks: Growth scan Repeat CBC, Ultra TSH, OGCT 32weeks: Rrpeat growth scan only if previous scan is abnormal 36-38weeks: Last Growth scan to know Fetal weight, Amniotic Fluid Level and Doppler Repeat CBC, UltraTSH, HbA1c, Urine routine,  Serology. Here we are doing CBC and Ultra TSH almost every 2 to 2.5 months. So we can know Hemoglobin level and Thyroid level. And if they r not normal,  we give treatment and will know the effect of treatment as we will do in every 2 to 2.5 months.
