It sounds like your pregnancy test is weakly positive. Better to confirm with a blood test(beta hcg). Your tiredness could be a symptom of pregnancy,

In case of any sudden abdominal pain or bleeding, pls visit your gynaecologist immediately and get a scan done, to rule out ectopic pregnancy
