My sister has done twice iui with injection... she's under duphaston10 ,gestofit 400 sr, dhea sure and primiwal E4.. today is her 15 dpo but her upt is negative and she's having cramps, nausea..and other symptoms also including back pain,leg pain and sometimes knee pain ... something is wrong with the test ....when can test done...
