Pregnancy test is negative but leg swell

I m not doing sex ,but sperm discharge of my partner is occur near my vaginal ,but i m not lost my varginity .but i have gap to 14days in mansuration cycle .so i have tested by prega news ..and result is negative but there is sweeling of left leg ..and is i m pregnant or not .plzz confirm me
