I had miscarriage on 2 nd sept (  5 weeks ),I had bleeding till ,5 sept morning.again I am having pregnancy symptoms as I had in my first pregnancy,I tested on 30 th sept ,now it is positive . Can I be pregnant without getting my first period after miscarriage .?

Please get a sonography of the lower abdomen and beta HCG level done. It is possible that you had a threatened abortion but the Embryo didn't get expelled.
