  4. Pregnancy test and periods. Done today?

. I visited doctor on Tuesday with bHCG count 124 in pregnancy blood test with my last pending periods on 5th Jan.. She  had prescribed gestofit for harmones for 2 days and also asked for a blood  retest today for pregnancy.. But i have got my periods today... Is the blood test for pregnancy required to be done today?
