After how many days one can take a pregnancy test after sexual act ? Its been 2 days in my case can i take a pregnancy test ? Will it give accurate results?

You need to take pregnancy test only if you miss your periods. No use taking it now. It takes around 2 weeks for test to come positive after fertilisation
