Will all women experience nausea and vomiting in early pregnancy .I am around 6week pregnant and I am having tender breast ,sore nipple and constipation as I am taking progesterone supplements and I will feeling drowsy most of time and still I didn't start feeling nausea or vomiting ..is this fine ???
