Hello if you have done unprotected sex in unsafe days then pregnancy can be possuble.  Wait till 14 sept and even after 10 days then go for pregnancy test or beta hcg test in blood.and rule out pregnancy.

Pregnancy does not diagnose with symptoms unless you test positive... So wait till you miss your dates by 4days and do urine pregnancy test at home
